"As some of you may know, Quattroruote the magazine has started a very
nice 1/24 scale diecast collection of old European roadcars. So far they
have announced 30+ all done in very nice quality. No Ferrari's yet, but they have released several FIAT, Lancia, Lamborghini and Alfa models. These are only available in Italy at Quattroroute vendors.

Very nice stuff. The diecasts would be great on their own in a collection, but they will also give resin casters a nice head start on patterns for some interesting variations.

Hadn't dreamt of a Duetto, a Chapron Decapotable DS, 124 Abarth, Ford Mexico/Rally Escorts. Nope.
Wouldn't consider loaning cars for casting purposes either. Never crossed my mind :D
