We had a great turnout, a good sized group especially considering the holiday weekend, and it was nice that the center was so easy to find parking today since I think we were the only ones there!

Thanks for taking the pictures, we had 25 people in attendance and about as many models on display plus several works in progress on the tables.

Wow- nice GTR! Oh, and the meeting looked fun as well. My dad said it was too far to go. But maybe I can convince him to take me every now and then. -kevin

Hey Kevin,The Prez(yours truely) travels from Athens,Tn. for the meeting.Winston and his guys car-pool from near Columbus,Ga. So we would love to have you at a meeting in the future.Make a day of it.Go to IKEA,theVarsity,Hobby Town,what ever makes the day. It is never too far to learn new model technics and skills.

Easy if he's the driver, but if he's relying on a ride from Dad...well...Dad's agenda comes first ;) I remember GTMike having similar issues, he was 15 when he wanted to start coming to meetings, he eventually got to carpool w/a couple guys from his side of town but he didn't get his own car aka freedom until he hit college...and now we don't see much of him because he's got all that freedom :D
