Hard to say if it's a real Ferrari....but it's a 250 GTO made into a Spider.

The light arrangement is interesting....don't think I've seen this car before.

Looks like a couple of different ones. 250 GTO front. I'm going to go with a kit car as my final answer...

It's one of those 250 GTO kits on a Datsun 280Z, with the roof chopped off. Called the "Velo Rossa Spyder". Note the headlights, position and proportion, and windshield shape.
