Several ACME members entered models in the IPMS show in Marietta on Saturday, June 20, 2009 helping to fill out the number of model cars entered as well as brining home multiple trophies in the various classes, I believe we brought home ten in all: (sorry if I am missing some of the details)
Isabelle Grala - Best Junior
Paul Grala - Best Custom and 2nd closed wheel competition
Bill Cunningham - Best Closed Wheel Competition
Henry Trent - 3rd Place Closed Wheel Competition
John Gum - 4 trophies in various classes
Wayne Webers - 3rd Place Misc.
A group of the members joined each other for lunch mid way through the event. All in all a good show and good to see ACME supporting other local shows.
