Signed up here over a year ago. Haven't participated since. I moved from my Dunwoody house to a new property in Brooks about as soon as I signed on. (south of Fayetteville and east of P'tree City, near SR 85/74 intersection, and right at Starr's Mill) All manner of situations associated with relocating. But, I have my Fotki filled out and reasonably organized. Got a couple of projects under way. ('56 Fury Convertible and a "Two Lane Blacktop" '55 Chevy) I intend to be more active here now that I have settled in at the new property. Hope my meager efforts provide some interest.

Welcome back; hopefully you & "modelmaker" (Bill Cunningham-see his profile) can get together; you guys live right around the corner from each other; you can see the back of Starr's Mill from his deck.

Yeah. Bob Downie made me aware of that on another board. Looking forward to meeting him. Might be able to actually become "real" member of ACME if I can make it work out. Thnx for the welcome.

Hi, glad that there is another car builder in the Starr's Mill area. We live in Mill Pond Manor, Just north of the mill property. Perhaps we can carpool up to the next meeting.

Bill, we're on Rising Star Rd. off 85 just past 85 Connector if you're headed to Fayetteville. (Stone wall entry/black security gate) Been a rough year. Things near shambles here.

That's my handle (or close enough) I go by on most boards (owning more Mazdas than anything else since '81, two currently), and I kind of wish when we set up this forum we'd have required "real names" in people's signatures, but at this point it would be like herding cats. I stopped posting on Spotlight years ago & only recently returned when others were showing off my work from the forums where I was posting. I always posted under my own name there.

Hopefully you can come to our next ACME meeting, or one sometime in the future, and bring some of your projects. You might very well get addicted :cool:
