This is your (Acme's) board. Yes, I set it up and it's hosted on my site, but I don't feel I have the right to dictate how it should be run. I set the officers up as mods and asked for another Admin simply because I thought the administration of the board ought to be done by the officers who the members elected and not someone who just stepped in. The members elected the officers and they trust them to do the right thing, so you guys should make the decisions on the board as it's really just an extension of the club.
I will be glad to help with anything that needs to be done here, but, ultimately, it's the club and it's officers who should and will, make the decisions.
