I had problems getting access to post in this forum and its apparently due to AOL. I could log in, but not post anything. The current fix is to use Internet Explorer to access this forum.
 Bad AOL! Bad! Bad!

I can't believe that AOHell is still around. I gladly ditched them in 1999 when I got a cable modem. Absolutely horrid service. I can't fathom how people put up w/them.

AOL is good for getting newbies on the web; but that's about it. Do a bit of research into ISP's, there are better choices. AOL is like fast food-it's easy, it's accessible, it may have some tasty things that keep you coming back. But you know deep down inside it's really bad to subject yourself to it every day ;)

LOL, if your ISP isnt local and/or advertises nationally.... there are probably better options. I also gave up AOL for DSL then cable. Cable is where its at in my opinion. On AOL half your bandwidth is used up by ads and spyware.... eek!
