Some progress on my Tamiya Mercedes CLK-GTR...

I originally got this kit when I first moved to Marietta. I wanted to slim down my collection and traded some kits at Milt's (Auto Motif) and wound up with different kits in my collection. I also got then Mugen Honda NSX racer. So I am now building the Mercedes. I'm also using the Scale Motorsports superkit on it too. It took me two days of patience to do the 5 point harness. I als managed to do a reasonable job on "bluing" the headers and using Alclad Chrome on them. I think that's only the 2nd time I've ever used my Alclad. Here are a few shots:
