Easier to describe in person, probably would be a good club demo...no time right now to get all the tools together to photo. Basically you need a scribing tool (or a few w/different tips), a triangular-section riffler file, you may need styrene or cardboard for a template, some sandpaper, and a steady hand.

bob, if you can remember to bring those tools id greatly appreciate it. I have a 93 Civic that i am working on that has a custom widebody kit that im bringing to the meeting & you'll see first-hand that i need to bring the lines back out since i sanded them almost completely off the car.

10-4; the tools are in the "to take to meeting" pile. It's a big pile this month :D

Today demands I take the convertible. If it fits in the car, it goes. If not, it stays home :D

lol, thanks for bringing those tools bob, i do have one of the bunch of tools you showed me. I got it at the IPMS show last year, at the time i thought i could use it as something else but now i see what its purpose in life is. I will also have to look out for the other tools you brought which would do my body working skills justice.
