Black just belongs on a NA$CAR! Did you do a fade on the red to black?
Great work!

The fade from red to black is actually part of the decal sheet. The decals are by JWTBM. Once the decals are done, I will clear them with Future floor wax. I hope to have the decals done in the next day or two!!!

Yeah its kinda crazy right!! The thing with these Nascar kits is doing all the decals!!! I have bought around 11 sheets of special paint scheme decals from Kevin at Strada Sports! The cars I will be building are the ones that only ran one race!!

Looking awesome Dennis. Are you going to add any extra detail to the model other than the aftermarket decals?

Not a NASCAR fan by any means, but purely as a race car paint scheme, it's pretty cool and the workmanship looks first rate!

Eric, I am not going to go crazy with this!! I did make a fuel filler out of 1/4" aluminum tubing. The Bad Scale Racing guys are great, theres a FAQ section and thats where I got the how-to on the fuel filler! This is really a fun build! I do have other types of race cars that I would like to build in the near future!! Thanks for the great replies!! I have DADDY duty this weekend, so there will be NO chassis/interior being worked on!! Dennis

What...no wire wheels or red steelies? Not even white walls?
Nice work with the extra detail.
