The IROC group photo mimicking the group of 1:1 IROC cars prior to delivery to the US is now done. Thanks to the tireless efforts of all involved, we met our deadline with relative ease. From this point we can finish up the few details on the cars; add decals etc.
We had perfect if rather warm conditions, and it only took about an hour to prep the cars for the photo. We were done before going to lunch.
Without further ado, I present:

You may notice that the first and last photos have been edited; Mike Edwards finished his completely and I removed the decals the shots for continuity. Had it been cooler today we may have spent more times w/different angles, but the cars were warm enough after their 10 minutes of fame.
Congrats guys!!! You don't know how good it feels, the sense of accomplishment of a job incredibly well done!

These shots are great! Now Bob, if you wanted to do something really cool, you should Photoshop the models into the original pic with the real background.

Scott, we're hopefully going to do the photoshop deal when we get time. I just did some quick Adobe photodeluxe stuff w/these images. We cut/paste the models into the other background and it's going to look great!

Bob, thanks-I'll get you what you need. I believe the original photograph is from a magazine article or book, I have a color copy. Matt has a scanned picture in his album, but I'll try to get you as close to original stuff as possible.

Henry will probably see this; he made us all color copies of various pictures to use for our builds; you will need the same packet of information for your build as well.
In the meantime, check out Matt's IROC album online, loads of goodies there:

I think I added that picture above to the album by photographing the picture in the package that Henry gave out. I have a good scanner now, but that picture and package is missing from my IROC box.

Working on the team build has been really neat. I am looking forward to the buzz at our show when folks see the results of this project.
