Truly, this one was spawned from Satan himself! Bob would know this. A Revell Porsche 914 converted to a racer. I can say that nothing on this model is straight, square, or symmetrical, and the flares look too big and clunky. This curbside buildup has turned alum rims, wheels and tires from a Nitto Carrera RSR. I doubt any motor that could push this kind of rubber would fit in the engine bay, but its looks cool.

That is really cool Ken. You'll be putting on quite the display in November!

It may be from HELL, but you certainly made it freeze over with the cool factor on this model
I'm going to eventually make a "replica" widebody racer; collaborating w/Henry and have a good 914 restoration guide to follow. I'm still halfway through HELL getting Henry's 914 pace car ready for primer. After two of these, the third should be a charm :D
Great model, I'm sure it feels better finishing a model that fights you the whole way and ends up looking great nonetheless.

Well, I cant complain too much. This model just won the Competition Open class at the Road Knights contest in Charlotte, even though its curbside.
BTW, my Porsche 910 won 1st in large scale class, best engine, best import, and Best in Show!

Wow.... Cant Wait To See It...
[B][B]Thats one cool 914! You would be amazed at how much rubber one of those little pancake engines with a pair of webers on top could push.
