I'm Addicted to a TV Show!

here is a show in the U.K. called Top Gear and I can't miss an episode! It ran for a very short time on The Discovery Channel, but the in studio portion was recorded for the American audience and it sucked compared to the full strength British version. They even cut down the filmed segments and showed a bunch of old spots. The U.K. version is the one to watch.

So, how do you watch it? The show airs in the U.K. every Sunday evening so it's usually available for download via Bittorrent on Monday. I go to www.mininova.org and search fro "Top Gear" It's usually listed by the season ans episode number I.E; 07 x 04 which is the current episode.

Also, you can download individual segments by going to www.jabbasworld.net. There are tons of videos and pictures there. You will need to register to have access to the downloads.

Top gear is a good car show, they test the best.

My favorite episode was when they tested the 'Vette, and bashed it for 10 minutes, about it's plastic interior, and exterior, and that it had leaf springs. Then it finished on their track 1.8 seconds slower than a Gallardo, and faster than the Porsche GT3. Right up near the top of their Totem pole.
