Looking for paint color/brand.

:confused: At one of the past Modelpolusia somebody was talking about a Plastikote or Krylon rattle can that was a antique silver(?). I was told it was the best match for 70's era and below wheels. Can anybody shed some light on this?

One of the Krylon paints I use a lot is Dull Aluminum. It has a realistic look to it with very little or no metalflake. I usually have to by it at Ace Hardware, most other places don't carry it.

That sounds right.....didn't you use that on your Cobra?

I used tamiya AS-12 Bare Metal Silver on the Cobra. But looks-wise it is very close to the Krylon Dull Aluminum.
