2007 NNL Info

The 2006 show is now in the record books, and it's now time to start preparing for the 2007 show.

Next year's theme will be "Diamonds and Gold" celebrating the 75th and 50th anniversary of 1932, and 1957. Any car or truck built in 1932 or 1957 is eligible. Race cars, customs, factory originals, foreign and domestic they all are included.

Additionally, we are including a web-only theme - "75 Years of LeMans" and any car which raced in any LeMans race from 1932 through 2007 is eligible.

"Web-only" means it will only be advertised on the net for computer savvy members and guests. This does not mean the contest is held here on the web or the ACME forum. There will be an area at the show for displaying the LeMans cars.

Now, hurry up and get to building there's only 363 days left before the next show. :)

That's the only place we'll advertise it, but I'm sure there will be people who know about it via word of mouth. It's a similar scheme as the NNL East did last year w/a web theme for '06 Mustangs sponsored by Revell. It's also a way to get people interested in seeing our website.

we'll now i gotta learn & do a LeMans car...might haveta do one thats crunched up, since im not much into racing anymore. NASCAR ruined me.

Am wondering, since I live on a limited budget, are there any hotels/motels nearby that charge less tha 60 bucks a nite? :eek:
