Hey Gang,I know we all would like to have the "Orange Cuda" ,Alan Johnson with the help of Tony Inman built.Well now you can.You do not have to wait until Barrett/Jackson in January.Just run down to the toy section of your favorite bigbox store and pick/up a 1/24 diecast of the car.The Cuda is the first of a series of 24th scale "G" machines.Chris and I found ours at the Wallyville in Knoxville.Hotwheels has produced "G"machines in about 43rd scale for over a year now.Johnson's Cuda kicks off this new program for the HOT price of 10 bucks.I will bring mine down for the meeting in Jan. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all the ACME family. Your fearless Leader:D

24th scale plastic would be really cool!

Plastic is always cool but in many cases we are going to need to be contentwith the die cast. Maybe we would see more plastic kits if the same company would build them in both diecast and plastic. Seems some have tried this but on a limited basis. Poor Tamiya was called every name in the box for putting diecast chassi pans in the plastic kits.

It's a pretty cool (but not accurate) version of the car, I also found it at Wally World. It looks pretty cool, but like I say it's a bit cartooned so your opinion/mileage may vary :D
Even has a "Johnson's Hot Rod Shop" tag on the back. Looks waaaay better than a '69 Camaro they have in the same series. It was under $10.
