Hello fellow plastic addicts,
We begin with a hearty Happy New Year!!! I wish all of you a wonderful year ahead filled with many new kits and the time to build a few this year. I look forward to all the new subjects that will be hitting the stores this year. Tamiya has the FXX and Lexus SC 430 racers on tap (FXX's are in-hand, somebody surely will have one at the meeting to show off ;) ). Fujimi has several new kits on the horizon. The Porsche Cayman, several Ferrari subjects such as the 599 GTB, 365 and 512BB and 430 to name just a few, Revell Germany has the Superamerica out now and the 599 coming soon. The domestic kit makers have several new kits as well as re-issues coming. The Chevy Camaro concept, Dodge Magnum SRT-8, Dodge Charger R/T and Daytona, Caddy STS-V and the Chrysler 300C have hit the shelves as well as the welcome return of the 1970 Trans Am. The Model King has plenty of desired reissues coming soon as well, and hopes to get more forgotten vintage kits back in production. So 2007 has the makings of another great year for our hobby. So go get your hobby area cleaned up and ready so you can build some of these new subjects, and don't forget to build for our show in November!
