Got the body mods done and painted with MCW's McLaren MP4/12 Presentaion Orange and clear coated with Tamiya TS13.

Did some chassis assembling today....be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when putting the wheel hubs together...the kit gives you more parts than you need. Some short and long collars are used so read that section with care.

The hub positioning is rather vague when attached to the suspension so I recommend attaching the suspension to the chassis but not glueing on the hubs until you put the body on....then glue the hubs on in the best placement which is in my estimation not where Fujimi says to.

Looking great so far! As for the hubs/placement, I didn't remember having any problems building them in the past, and the assemblies are rather loose if you don't glue them together so that the wheels will still rotate. The wheels on all my previous versions centered up where they should. But I will build this one w/more care and w/the "brakes applied" so we'll see what happens :D
