Is he just retiring and closing up shop or is he going to sell his business to some one so we don't totally lose a decal source.

He's already retired and quit taking any more orders in December. If there's anything you want you need to get it from a dealer, as nobody is taking over the line. It's all old-school screen printing that he did himself, it's getting hard to just get materials anymore.
