2007 Georgia Tech Car Show

I was amazed at the turnout at this show! The most cool/interesting group of cars I've ever seen in one place, from an electric Corbin Sparrow to a long-lost Cobra Daytona Coupe prototype, to a row of Ferraris that would take your breath away, Montoya's 2000 Indy winner...amazing.

That 599 erased all doubts I had about the car. The Grigio Titanio paint w/the 20" Challenge wheels is about as perfect a combo as one could ask for. I liked the red one w/star (aka pentagram) wheels at the auto show, but this one is what I'd drive home. $328K pricetag :eek: Sounded wicked, but there was an Enzo there that sounded better than all of the other Ferraris. The F50 sounded tame by comparison. The Smart car w/the tiny turbodiesel sounded kinda neat too :D

Hell yeah that Smart sounded neat! It sounded like a scale model diesel ;) :D

There was a Mercedes diesel there running on vegetable oil/biodiesel. It smelled like food cooking :)

The 599 does have a detuned Enzo engine, but it's still packing 600+ HP

I just got my 599 kit on Thursday night, it was especially good (and unexpected) to see this car today when I had my camera. Already scheming up ways to make 20" Challenge wheels.

that show was A-mazing to go see, im glad i went--thruout the day i fortunately got to call my dad & he wants to see this show next year, seems it hit his interest especially when the Mach 1 was started up behind me while on the phone....sent chills up my arms to hear it and staring at the Ford Gt sitting across from it. Very awesome show. Glad i could meet up with Bob here as well, i knew that someone from ACME would be there (DUH).
