Fun with a black Goat!!

Anyone remember my bright red Polar Lights '04 GTO? Well, it gave it's guts for this version. The interior/chassis/motor were donated to another '04 GTO, this one in black. A purple '05 GTO stock "drift car" donated it's hood and front/rear fascias and dual exhaust. Wheels are from Aoshima, BRW Blitz IIRC; w/the wheel centers painted gloss black over the chrome for a somewhat "black chrome" look.

Fun/quick project. Scuffed the '05 parts and shot them w/Tamiya black and polished them out w/o micromesh.

I remember "old red" & it looks like he's having a pretty darn good afterlife. The wheels/tires give it a good stance and the finish looks great.
