Here's the black backup car painted. Had a lot of cleanup to do prior to priming; and the Cobra Colors Black Magic primer gave me some serious work to sand out all the cobwebs, it sprayed too dry. First Cobra Colors paint that I didn't like.
I attempted to paint this w/Acryl gloss black, but my airbrush wasn't getting along w/it well. It painted smaller parts very nicely, but large areas cause a lot of roughness/graininess. It sanded out okay, and I then covered it w/Tamiya spray black in two sessions, and am quite pleased w/the results now. It hardly needs polish it's so smooth. Wish I hadn't wasted my time w/the crappy primer and Acryl...live and learn LOL.

Wayne did the basic body before I cleaned it up and primed/painted it. I know Matt is going to do the engine, but I don't remember who was going to do the chassis and interior and assembly etc. I'm pretty well worn out on it now, someone else can take over and polish it and do the flat black window trim.
